Web Project Management
Your web project should be handled with the same importance of any business project. Several factors will be called in to practice as your new or revised website gains focus. We will help you wade through the often overlooked aspects of a web project.

We will discuss your industry and your target audience. We will define a project overview, goals and objectives and create a project plan. It's important to be clear on the differences between the goals YOU have for the site and goals of the SITE VISITOR. They are often quite different.

We will define and draft the site structure and content. We will look at the presentation from a site view, a user’s view, and a print view. Then we will begin the design and prototype.

During the construction phase, your site will be hosted on a development server. It is at this point that you really see your site taking shape. You will work with our developers for testing during the build phase.

When you are ready to release your site, we will post the site to your web host, or we can arrange this service for you.

The last phases to web project management include discussions of periodic evaluations and maintenance.

By discussing each of these phases of a web project, we can set expectations and avoid tough bottlenecks.
